Ingredients
  

  • 2 large pear
  • 300 ml port wine
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 clove

Method
 

  1. Peal the pears, cut in half and remove the core.
  2. Place the pears together with the port wine and spices in a small sauce pan. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
