This is a simple little vegetarian pasta dish which is full of the intense flavour of fresh sage and lemon. It requires hardly any preparation and only takes a couple of minutes to cook.

method:
- Bring the pasta water to boil in a large pot and add the salt.
- Slice the garlic finely and add it to the pot together with the pasta and follow the instructions on the packet for the cooking time.
- Strain the cooked pasta and toss together with the butter, sage, black pepper and half the lemon juice. Add more salt, pepper and lemon if required.
- Serve immediately with a few drops of olive oil.
