mushrooms on toast

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g mushroom sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 slices toast
  • salt
  • pepper freshly ground
  • 1 sprig parsley to garnish, finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Brush any dirt of the mushrooms and slice them, not too thinly.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and fry until cooked. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Toast the bread and spread with a thin layer of butter. Serve two slices on each plate, cover with the mushrooms and garnish with the parsley.
